Wondering-ments :)

Hey Kath, I was randomly looking at Alli Magee's facebook, and came across this dude that she must know from Canada who is a pastor who paints. He does some beautiful work with nature, and the human body, here's one of his paintings, that when I looked at it, I liked it but when I read the title of it, it sent goosebumps down my spine (which also happens when I listen to a great piece of music, or read something that is beautiful) - it's kind of like a soul appreaciation of what my eyes are seeing and what my heart and my head is feeling. So I thought that you may want to check out his work, here's a link to that painting that I really liked: http://www.flickr.com/photos/haywardart/3387002979/ It is soooo God -filled, I love the fact that with art you are expressing your true, uninhibited self, and that self is mixed with God, so goodness and godliness should por forth, if I were you I would stick some worship music on... and then paint. See what comes out, do it without thinking and just be close to God, and see what happens. Worship him with your creativity, and just go for it with all your heart, mind, soul and strength. I would be really interested to see the outcome or even if you were to just chat about what happened.
